Photos for Proton 2.5.0-test8
This build previews 2.5.0, the version heading to a public release. This round is a set of fixes on top of the last preview: semantic search reports the right status and finishes quietly in the background, the duplicate finder guards your selection and shows what a delete frees, the Collection previews fill wide screens, and you can add photos to a person straight from search. This is the deciding test before 2.5.0 ships, so please give the whole app a real workout: viewing your gallery, upload, download, managing albums, editing photos and videos, sharing via Drive, using the app without an account, and face recognition. Please also check whether indexing or the face scan ever still looks stuck. Installs over your current version and keeps your data.

- Semantic search reports itself as ready as soon as your photos are searchable, and the last few and newly added photos index quietly without a stuck progress bar.
- The duplicate finder asks before you leave with copies still selected, and the delete confirmation shows how much space you will free.
- Seasons and On This Day previews fill the width as a scrolling row, and tapping the timeline filter pill opens the filters.
- Add photos to a person from search results, and the search field keeps focus while you type.
- Translated the Excluded faces screen into more languages.
